Shipping

Orders are processed right away.

Standard shipping: $5.95, free on orders of $50 or more.

Estimated delivery: 10 to 20 business days. This is an estimate, not a promise, and it is shown again at checkout.

Your kit ships in 2 to 3 parcels with separate tracking, so pieces may arrive on different days.

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, email us at hibernation.support@gmail.com with your order number and a photo, and we will make it right.
